Shipping

Shipping prices are based on an individual basis using Canada Post. We can ship with other companies such as UPS upon customers request. Classic Fight Shop offers Worldwide shipping where applicable.

Flat Fee

Prices are determined by a flat fee based off of product price and destination

We will refund the difference in the payment to the actual cost of shipping once shipped. If no refund it made there was no difference or the actual shipping cost ended up more than the flat fee estimate. 

Exchanges/Returns

Returns are handled on a case by case basis off of our terms. Once a product has left the store and been used we will determine whether it is able to be exchanged or not once seeing it. All products must be returned or exchanged for another product or gift card. 

In store

If a product retains all original tags with the receipt we can exchange it for another product or equal or less value and refund the difference to a gift card for later use. You are also welcome to choose a gift card refund all together if you wish to save the product cost for later use.

Online

Products must be verified able to ship back by our staff, please contact us for a support ticket. 

Products will also be shipped back at the customers cost unless they have contacted us and been told otherwise. 

We will provide the SKU of a gift card that can be used online or in store, please write this down in a safe place, or we can ship out the physical gift card at the cost of the customer. 

All exchanges/returns must be made within 30 days of original purchase and product must retain our tags intact on the product. There may be a restocking fee subtracted from the product cost on returns, exchanges are exempt from this policy.
